Very good comfortable and clean apartments. Good beach and beautiful gardens. Mistress of the house is kind and friendly. Equipped kitchenette and TV. Parking available on premises. Close to arboretum and Dubrovnik. Private parking is a big plus. Nice locations nearby.

Nice overall experience! The apartment was clean and well-equipped with a small kitchenette. Great views from the large terrace overlooking the sea. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Parking was convenient, and the hotel facilities were adequate. The location was nearby a good restaurant and close to the beach, although it required a car to go there.
Couldn't fault it.

The balcony had a gorgeous view and the rooms were well-kept. The location was convenient for swimming and close to a few points of interest. free parking made it easy to bring a car.
The room was smaller than advertised and some of the linens were old. The host could have been more welcoming and the shower and kitchen equipment could have used an update.

The location was just perfect for us as it was close to a stunning beach and beautiful gardens. Buses to the nearby city were also very convenient, with early morning and late-night rides available. Our apartment was in great condition, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for the perfect holiday. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, where we spent a lot of time soaking up the sun.
Although the location was excellent, there weren't any shops or restaurants nearby, so we had to go to the nearby city to find food and water. the linen in our room was a bit old, which was a minor issue but could be improved.

The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. the hotel was situated near a stunning harbor, and a restaurant was next door, which served delicious meals. Although there were no shops nearby, it was easy to commute to the beach by car. the rooms were cozy, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was modern. the view from the front porch deck was incredible, and we spent hours marveling at the natural beauty. the parking space was ample, and the staff was always helpful.
The WiFi was unreliable and only worked in the main entrance.
